Today I discovered Twitter. Some of you may be familiar with this new mini blog community.  I know that the Twitter community is truly growing, and there are personal as well as business users that are taking advantage of the opportunity to network with many other individuals and organizations.  I found it very intriguing to know that there were many fortune 500 companies tweeting back and forth.  It makes me realize that my business is in good company.

I initially put Smokey Bayou as the name of my company in twitter, but soon realized that no one would find me under that name.  Although Smokey Bayou is the name of my company, it is not a name someone would search for when looking for Electronic Cigarette.  I then quickly changed my name to Electronic Cigarette. There are a few Electronic Cigarette companies there that are managing to broadcast happenings within their company.  I wondered if they would allow a competitor to follow them. How friendly is the Electronic Cigarette community?  I will find out soon, and when I do, you all will be the very first to know.

I tried to download Twitter Tools so that I could integrate posts between my blog and Twitter, but it seems like there is some kind of bug in the system that wont allow me to connect to Twitter.  I hope this bug is fixed soon, because it seems like one of the best WordPress plugins out there for Twitter integration.  It is amongst the list of Twitter must haves.

My plan is to post to Twitter and This E-Cig Blog everyday so that I can create a very strong internet presence.  I must get those Electronic Cigarettes out to all. Plus in my opinion I am the best online seller of Gamucci products.  Lets all smoke without restrictions!
