Today I decided to put a new page on my site about worldwide shipping.  I noticed that a lot of distributors of Electronic Cigarettes in the USA don’t ship overseas.  It is making me wonder if there is some type of law that governs exports of nicotine products.

I did mention that I was willing to ship electronic cigarettes anywhere in the world, and if for some reason I ran into a stumbling block I would refund all fees paid to me including shipping immediately.  I would rather offer these products to anyone that wants it, instead of out right saying no.
